Collaborate on overall wedding vision, theme, and decor conceptualization
Mood boards, color palettes, and styling recommendations
Coordinate layouts, event flow, lighting, AV, and furniture rentals
Oversee table settings, signage, escort cards, and decor installation
Assist with wedding website, online invitations, and menu planning
Transportation planning for family and guests
Timeline creation for full event, including rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
